Free Trial

If I sign up for the first two lessons for free, do you automatically charge me after a trial period?

We don't ask for your credit card information when you sign up for the free lessons, so you will never be charged for anything unless you come back and sign up for the full paid course.

How long will I have access to the first two lessons for free?

You will have free access to the first two lessons for 30 days. After that point, your trial account will be closed.


Premium Accounts

What does the premium membership include?

You'll gain access to all six sections of the Unraveling Club curriculum and the exclusive members-only forum.

How much does it cost?

Premium membership is a one-time cost of $20 for access to the curriculum and community for 1 year. After that year is up, you will be billed $5 annually for subsequent access. This recurring charge is for server bandwidth, community access, and content updates.

What is the community?

Premium members can also participate in an online forum to share knowledge and connect with other unravellers from all around the world.

If I've signed up for the free trial and decide to pay for the full course, how long can I access it?

You will have free access to the first two lessons for 30 days after you sign up. If you decide to sign up for the full paid course within those 30 days, your access will start over from the date of payment and you will have access for 1 full year according to that payment date.

How can I cancel my membership?

Canceling your membership can be done very easily through logging in and accessing your account details. If you are having trouble, feel free to drop us a line at hello@reunionyarn.com. We hate to see you go, but we understand and will help you cancel your membership.

What happens after I cancel my membership?

You will not be billed again and your login information will be deleted from our database. If you cancel before your 1 year of access is up, you will still have access to your account in full up to the end of that year period. You will not be billed once the year is up. Your email will still be on our newsletter list unless you unsubscribe, which can be easily done by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email you receive from us.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds. If you pay for the course and use it for 6 months and then cancel, we cannot offer you a refund on the 6 months that you did not use the membership. At time of payment for a full course, you are acknowledging that you are paying for 1 year of access.


Account Information

I need help logging in or resetting my password.

If you've forgotten your password or would like to reset it, you can do so by clicking "Login" and "Forgot password."  You will receive an email with instructions on how to change it.  If you don't see an email within an hour, be sure to check your spam folder. If you have any other account questions, never hesitate to email us at hello@reunionyarn.com!

What do you do with my payment information? How do I know it's secure?

All of the payments we receive go through Stripe, a secure and reputable online payment management system. There is no way for us to access anything related to your banking information.

What do you do with my email address when I sign up?

After you sign up for either a free trial or the full paid course, your email address will be added to our newsletter. You can opt-out of this newsletter at any time.  Your email address will never, ever be shared with a third party. We will also use your email address for communication about any account details like billing or trial period ending notices.

Why do you need my mailing address?

If you sign up for a premium membership, we would like to reserve the option to send you a gift and need to know where to send it to!


Support

What happens if I have trouble with a particular area or don't understand part of the lesson?

While we spent months developing this course and making sure no detail was left untouched, you may find yourself confused at the information or have trouble applying the lessons to your particular sweater! While premium members get priority email support I'll try my best to answer questions for free trial members as well. I cannot offer 24/7 support but will try my best to help!

Does this course work on any device?

This online course has been designed to work on any computer or mobile device using a modern web browser like Google Chrome. However, if you experience problems viewing it on your particular device, please let us know by emailing us at hello@reunionyarn.com.

Can I access the course offline?

Currently you can only access the Unraveling Club curriculum and community via an internet connection.

How do I subscribe to your newsletter?

If you sign up for a free trial or paid course, your email address is automatically added to our newsletter. If you'd like to add yourself manually, click here.

Do you have a friend referral program?

We don't currently have a friend referral discount program, but are planning to offer one in the very near future!

When will you be doing in-person workshops?

Emily from Unraveling Club occasionally does in-person unraveling workshops and is alway open to ideas! If you'd like for her to visit your city, send her an email at emily@reunionyarn.com.
